This Classic Style Square Picnic Table features a top made with 3/4" #9 expanded metal with a 2" radius rolled decorative "ribbed" edge and corners, coated with a thick Plastisol coating. The seats are made of 11 gauge ribbed steel that is rolled to form a comfortable, form-fitting seating area.

The picnic table frame is a 2" heavy galvanized steel tubing that is galvanized inside and out. It is constructed so as to prohibit rain water from collecting at ground level, and it is coated with a baked on polyester powder coat finish.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Picnic Table Outlet offers a 5 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Picnic Table Outlet will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 5 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.

Then the tops and seats are coated with ULTRAVIOLET STABILIZED THERMO-PLASTIC COATING, FUSED AND BAKED TO 90% GLOSS FINISH. The high gloss finish is important, not only for good looks, but also in helping the ultraviolet stabilizers in the coating decrease fading over years of sunlight exposure. Table and bench under frames are made from heavy wall GALVANIZED STEEL TUBING. For added protection and good looks, the frames are coated with BAKED-ON POLYESTER POWDER COAT in addition to the galvanizing.
