That depends. Since many of our products are made-to-order, the majority of orders will ship within 3-5 weeks.

What is the warranty on your Picnic Tables?

Picnic Table Outlet's thermoplastic-coated products come with a 5-year warranty against corrosion on the seats and tops. In addition, each commercial picnic table is warranted against any rust outs (completely rusting through the metal) for a period of up to 5 years. However, rust found on the surface or cosmetic paint deterioration is excluded.

How many different Picnic Table styles do you offer?

We currently offer over 30 different styles designed for any commercial application. All available commercial picnic tables are located within our website and any "out of stock" products will also be noted including the next available shipping date.

What is a non-tip, non-trip, walk-thru design?

"Non-tip" refers to many of our commercial picnic tables' innovative designed J-Frame. This unique shape allows the tables to be completely balanced which is almost impossible to tip over. Even if all the weight was subjected to just one particular side of the table, this table would still remain in an upright position! The non-trip, walk-thru design is a term that refers to the available space for one to walk between the table seat and table base without any fear of tripping.

Do I have to put my picnic table(s) together once they arrive?

Yes. Picnic Table Outlet will ship all products as KD (knocked down), which cuts down on overall shipping costs. All of our commercial grade picnic tables are simple to put together and come with included hardware and easy-to-understand instructions.

How do I pay for my order?

Picnic Table Outlet accepts all major credit cards, personal checks (item will not ship until check clears), and company checks and purchase orders (as based on pre-approved credit line).
