Our handicap-accessible Heavy Duty ADA Wood Picnic Table is ideal for campgrounds and parks, as well as all residential applications. With the non-tip, non-trip, walk-thru design and our arsenic-free pressure-treated boards, these tables provide a level of safety and functionality that other similar tables just can't match. The galvanized 2" schedule 40 pipe frames are amazingly sturdy. This table from Picnic Table Outlet is rock solid and will provide years of service. A diagonal cross brace and end bracket are provided to support the extended portion of the table top. Also, the diagonal cross brace is bent to allow for knee clearance.

We only use top-of-the line nominal No. 1 Southern Yellow pine lumber for these remarkable picnic tables. Each 2" x 10" board comes specially treated with non-toxic chemicals to add years of safe use to the life of your table. All lumber is pre-drilled and has rounded corners with a 3/8" radius. This picnic table is easy to assemble and maintain, and all hardware is included.

To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Picnic Table Outlet, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Picnic Table Outlet will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Picnic Table Outlet. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Picnic Table Outlet. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Picnic Table Outlet Return Procedure will be breached and Picnic Table Outlet will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Picnic Table Outlet will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Picnic Table Outlet charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Picnic Table Outlet prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.

Picnic Table Outlet offers a 5 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Picnic Table Outlet will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 5 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.
