This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.

Return Policy:

To return a product based upon Picnic Table Outlet’s replacement/return guarantee, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Picnic Table Outlet’s will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Picnic Table Outlet’s. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Picnic Table Outlet’s. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Picnic Table Outlet’s Return Procedure will be breached and Picnic Table Outlet’s will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Picnic Table Outlet’s will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Picnic Table Outlet’s charges a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Picnic Table Outlet’s prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, he is not responsible to get your items to the ground nor is he required to assist you bringing items indoors. Have adequate help for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.

Picnic Table Outlet provides the following Limited Warranty on the following: the Wilber Bench, the Wilber-Force Advertising Bench, the Wilber Collapsible Table, the Wilber Receptacle, the Heritage Bench, the Luma Bench, the Wilber Folding Bench, and the Wilber Camouflage Bench (hereinafter referred to both individually and collectively as a “Product” or “Products”).

• This Limited Warranty provided on a Product listed above shall last for one (1) year from the date the Product is purchased.

• This Limited Warranty applies, where applicable, to the vinyl seating, the vinyl inserts, the powder coating, and the camouflage covering of a Product. Except as provided below, a Product’s vinyl seating or vinyl inserts will not peel, flake, rust, blister, corrode, or otherwise exhibit abnormal weathering. Except as provided below, a Product’s powder coating will not fade, peel, or rust. Except as provided below, a Product’s camouflage covering will not fade, peel, or rust.

• This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, vandalism, accidents, acts of nature, power washing, or exposure to abrasive cleaners, bleach, or other chemicals, including, but not limited to, bromine or chlorine. This Limited Warranty does not cover fading to red or orange vinyl seating or inserts caused by ultra-violet rays or water. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage of any kind to the Lexan protective covering of the Wilber-Force Advertising Bench.

• If a Product does not conform to this Limited Warranty, Picnic Table Outlet will repair the nonconforming aspect(s) of the Product. If Picnic Table Outlet is unable to repair the nonconforming aspect(s) of the Product, then Picnic Table Outlet will replace the Product. To obtain the applicable remedy (repair or replacement), you must follow the steps below:

1. Notify Picnic Table Outlet of the defect and its cause, if any, within one year of the date of purchase from Picnic Table Outlet. Notice shall be sufficient if it is given by mail, phone, or fax using the contact information below.

Return the defective Product to Picnic Table Outlet at your own expense. Picnic Table Outlet will return the repaired Product or replacement Product back to you at Picnic Table Outlet’s expense.

• All implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are only effective for one (1) year from the date the Product is purchased from Picnic Table Outlet. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

• Picnic Table Outlet will neither pay nor take responsibility for incidental or consequential damages caused by defects in the Products. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

• This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
